As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Customer Care in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations in accordance with site procedures. You will deliver professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, billing operations spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Support security-related operations at an aerospace and defense location by reporting policy concerns, access irregularities, and suspicious activity through established channels.
