You will document observations, respond to requests for assistance, and deliver service that reflects our agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 or more years of security-related experience is required.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aero and defense location.
  • Control access to facilities and restricted areas by verifying identification and authorizations, processing visitors and vendors, and maintaining access logs and/or badging documentation as required by site policy.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken in accordance with post orders.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
