About The Position

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Agent in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a defense-related location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations according to site guidelines.
