Requirements

Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Monitor and coordinate communications through dispatch systems, including receiving calls, documenting requests, and relaying information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, escalating unusual activity or operational concerns to site leadership as appropriate.
Support access control and security-related operations by monitoring cameras, alarms, and communications equipment and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
