As a Front Desk Officer in a professional office location, you will remain at a stationary post, greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, which is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities from the front desk location.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor information, issue passes as needed, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal management as appropriate.
