As a Security Officer Screening in Bowling Green, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age (or 18 years of age for unarmed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry points and conduct screening of individuals and personal items in accordance with post orders and location requirements.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as assigned, while helping to identify potential security-related concerns and policy violations.
• Assist with access control activities, verify credentials when required, and help to support orderly movement throughout the location.
