Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive facility by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with established access-control and inspection procedures.
• Verify credentials, visitor authorizations, shipping documentation, and delivery information; maintain accurate logs and report discrepancies to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
