As a Security Officer Roving Site Protection in Titusville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, business areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or access concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and follow site protocols for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and promptly document security-related observations and actions.
• Maintain accurate patrol, incident, and activity records in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.
