Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access as directed, and report any suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts.
• Support access control, badge checks, and vehicle inspections as required while following site procedures and maintaining professional communication with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.
