As a Security Officer Roving Patrol Driver in Westlake, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Requirements

Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unauthorized access attempts, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other designated locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
Prepare clear and accurate reports for incidents, patrol observations, and unusual conditions, and promptly communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
