Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures, access protocols, and site-specific policies at a technology-focused financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, technology areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or site concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through clear reports and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
