As a Security Officer Routine Patrol in Tukwila, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support appropriate follow-up and reporting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including guest-facing areas, common spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter, as location conditions may vary.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and help to notify the appropriate contact based on site protocols.
• Support access control and property rules by observing arrivals and departures, assisting with directions, and documenting security-related incidents and/or disturbances.
