Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Officer (Retail) in Philadelphia, PA, for morning into evening shifts (Monday through Sunday, 9 AM - 10 PM). This role requires individuals to be 21 years of age or older, have 1 year of security experience, and be willing to work 12 to 13-hour shifts and be an on-call officer. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have 1 year of security experience
Must be willing to work 12 to 13-hour shifts
Must be willing to be an on-call officer
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Meet state and/or local licensing requirements prior to employment

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
