This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the property and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the overall security-related operations of the location.
Document and report any observed incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including guiding guests and staff during incidents.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disturbances and support a welcoming environment.
