As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including guest areas, back-of-house, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for all occupants.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
Work closely with hotel management and staff to address security-related concerns and provide support during emergency response activities.
Remain visible and approachable to guests and staff, offering assistance and information as needed while upholding Allied Universal's standards of professionalism.
Adhere to all company and site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations while on duty.
