As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Driver in NEEDHAM, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
Customer Service Experience is preferred.
Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain an orderly and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
