As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for residents and guests. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the residential community, verifying credentials of residents, guests, and service personnel to help maintain authorized entry.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting residents and visitors with site-specific policies and procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential area in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the community and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols or access control duties.
Collaborate with local authorities and emergency responders as needed, supporting Allied Universal's commitment to client service and protection.
