Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests according to site requirements.
  • Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, delivery, and/or contractor logs; communicate arrivals and access requests to appropriate site contacts.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor front-desk communications, receive incoming calls, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
