Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a financial services location.
  • Monitor visitor and employee access at the reception area, verify credentials, maintain front desk logs, and/or direct guests according to site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
  • Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support day-to-day front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
  • Observe activity in the lobby and entry points, report unusual behavior or policy concerns, and document security-related events in a clear and timely manner.
