Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a professional commercial real estate location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access and badge activity, monitor the front entrance, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to control entry in accordance with property policies and procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and communicating with building contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Support visitor management functions by maintaining logs, issuing visitor passes or badges, and directing guests, vendors, and delivery personnel to appropriate locations within the property.
  • Answer phones, provide directions and general assistance, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues observed at the front desk.
