About The Position

As a Security Officer Reception Navigator in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor alarm panels, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
  • Monitor access points, lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site procedures.
  • Answer phones, receive deliveries, coordinate with building management and/or first responders, and complete accurate daily activity reports and other required documentation.
