Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome employees and visitors, manage check-in procedures, issue badges, and support access control and visitor logs. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and coordinate with site teams to help maintain smooth operations. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, issuing and/or collecting visitor badges, and supporting sign-in and sign-out processes in accordance with site requirements.
  • Monitor access control systems, cameras, and intrusion/fire panels where assigned, and report irregular activity and/or maintenance issues through established notification and documentation procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching assistance, completing incident reports, and following escalation protocols.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams and Allied Universal leadership to communicate access updates, deliveries and/or appointment arrivals, and other security-related information to support daily operations.
