As a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping manage access, greet visitors, support badge-related processes, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols within a healthcare location.
Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor access requirements, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related events.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts when needed.
Answer phones, provide directions, assist with sign-in processes, and support access control tasks while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions at the front desk.
Complete reports and maintain accurate logs related to visitors, deliveries, incidents, and/or daily front desk activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.
