Requirements

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a financial institution location.
Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor credentials, maintain access logs, and communicate with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or appointments.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support a professional front desk presence for all individuals entering the location.
Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, confirming authorization for visitors and vendors, and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
