Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document details, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Respond to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and critical situations by gathering information, prioritizing requests, and coordinating timely communication with onsite teams, building management, and/or first responders.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and activity records, helping to support daily operations and security-related awareness throughout the location.
Observe site activity from the dispatch area and communicate unusual conditions, access concerns, and after-hours issues to appropriate personnel, helping to support established property procedures.
