Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and vendors, while following site-specific policies and security-related procedures for a healthcare location.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to document entries, exits, deliveries, and other front desk activity.
- Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations by maintaining accurate logs, reporting unusual activity, and helping to address access-related concerns.
