Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception activities, and/or emergency response support when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing guests, drivers, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support daily front desk operations for a logistics and distribution location by answering questions, managing sign-in processes, coordinating deliveries and/or visitor traffic, and reporting unusual activity.
