Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and front desk support activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify visitor credentials, issue access badges when appropriate, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity in accordance with post procedures.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, emergency contacts, and/or public responders as needed.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and help to support security-related policies involving deliveries, guest registration, lost and found items, and/or building access requests.
• Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy-related issues from the front desk area, and complete required logs, reports, and other documentation accurately.
