Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and following site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor lobby access points, issue visitor credentials as directed, maintain front desk logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Support a professional front desk presence within a financial institution location by answering routine questions, assisting with directions, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and policy-based access control practices.
