Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities in a healthcare-related location.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and electronic communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and document events according to site procedures.
Coordinate responses to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying designated contacts and public emergency services as appropriate.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, shift activity records, and communications documentation.
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and the perimeter when assigned, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
