About The Position

As a Security Officer Protective Patrol in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 or more years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, deliveries, and/or vendors, helping to support established screening, visitor management, and badge verification practices.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may impact daily operations.
