As a Security Officer Reception Specialist in Flower Mound, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access activities, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Greet visitors, staff, and patients in a professional manner, assist with access control processes, and help direct foot traffic throughout the location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, document incidents, and respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Answer phones and/or radios, communicate with site contacts, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to post procedures.
  • Support badge verification, visitor sign-in processes, and delivery coordination while maintaining awareness of front desk activity and site protocols.
