As a Security Officer Pharmacy Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will interact professionally with customers, employees, and visitors while delivering outstanding service and clear communication. Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, parking lot, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter theft, trespassing, and other policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe store activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and relevant observations in clear and accurate reports, and communicate with store management and emergency responders as needed.
