About The Position

As a Security Officer Driving Role Perimeter Inspection in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate incident, patrol, and access-related documentation.
Support compliance with site rules for restricted areas, vehicle traffic, and contractor access while communicating professionally with site personnel and emergency responders.
