About The Position

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns, report suspicious activity, and support security-related operations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access when required, and assist with visitor processing and/or badge checks in accordance with site policies.
• Support incident reporting, assist with directional guidance and general assistance, and help maintain awareness of property conditions, operational issues, and/or policy violations observed during patrol activities.
