As a Security Officer Patrol in Clarion, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or unsecured access points.
  • Assist with monitoring access to restricted areas, help to deter unauthorized entry, and support visitor and staff directions in accordance with location protocols.
  • Support healthcare operations by communicating with staff during routine and/or urgent situations, helping to address patient and visitor concerns, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
