Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verifying authorized access and reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through proper channels.
  • Support day-to-day site operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and following post orders and Allied Universal protocols.
