Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized access when required, and reporting suspicious activity and/or policy violations.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing incident reports, noting observations during patrols, and assisting with customer service and other security-related duties as assigned.
