About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Jasper, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or access concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to location protocols.
• Document incidents, daily activities, and/or notable observations in required reports, and assist with directions or general assistance as needed.
