Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access, and document security-related incidents, property conditions, and/or daily activities according to site policies.
• Support operational continuity by communicating with personnel, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner during varying shifts and site conditions.
