As a Security Officer Patrol Rover Full Time in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer, helping monitor and patrol assigned areas while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and building conditions while assisting with access control procedures, tenant inquiries, and/or after-hours protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating clearly with tenants, guests, and/or first responders when needed.
