As a Security Officer Patrol - Real Estate in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, entrances, lobbies, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other property concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with security-related customer service needs while maintaining a professional presence.
