As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a transportation location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to transportation location personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking locations, access points, loading areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vendor, and/or vehicle activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
