Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions within a retail location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft-related activity, support loss prevention efforts, and follow post orders for escalating concerns.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, observe customer and employee movement, and support compliance with client policies and Allied Universal standards for security-related operations.
