As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Wichita Falls, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces Allied Universal’s agile, innovative approach.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building exteriors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit processes.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports, maintain daily activity logs, and communicate observations and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
