As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Monitoring in Lenoir, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology data center location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related observations accurately and promptly.
