About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Hazard Assessment in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrol findings and incidents through accurate activity logs and reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
