As an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while working collaboratively with the Allied Universal team. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and alarm or surveillance systems as assigned; report observations and access concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and escalating matters as appropriate.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, and collaborate with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
