As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Shopping Center in Glendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff. This driving position offers opportunities to provide exceptional customer service, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
