As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, responding to questions, and supporting security-related needs throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observe customer and visitor activity, and document security-related incidents, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues.
• Support opening, closing, and after-hours activities as assigned, including monitoring restricted areas, checking for unsecured doors, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or property concerns.
